SUBJECT: Pouring plastics with 2 colors.....

Do you need a certain mold to do this or just know what your doing?? Like a black/blue craw with black on top and blue on bottom ???

It depends on the mold. If you have an open mold you can pour the blue, let it "set" and then pour hot black on top. If it's a two-part mold with a hand pour you can open mold and pour blue on bottom and then close mold and slowly pour black from the pour spout. You can also make a divided cup, put blue on one side, black on the other and pour. If it is an injection mold you will need two injectors and a blending block. Bears baits has a tool caqlled a blending block you can shoot 2 colors at the same time and get the look your wanting.
