Hmmm, shows my password and name typed in correctly, dunno. LOL. from Thad Rains  1/17/2012 12:07:51 AM

Looking directly at the sun, but you can see that it is quite muted. Still got to 74 degrees at the ranch today.

Lessee if this gets my red letters back? Dunno. from Thad Rains  1/17/2012 12:10:02 AM

Dunno if my prescription ran out, or not, oh well. from Thad Rains  1/17/2012 12:12:23 AM

This was the next one after the first one. I will show you the next one in line, next. tr

Next one in the series, can you say DIRT? from Thad Rains  1/17/2012 12:13:38 AM

I knew you could. tr

More dirty pictures. LOL. from Thad Rains  1/17/2012 12:16:59 AM

I saw some hogs at the feeder down beneath the house, but with these kinds of winds, it was a no go on the shot, especially since the cattle came in and ran the hogs off. LOL. tr

Looking directly at the sun, again, but later. from Thad Rains  1/17/2012 12:19:30 AM

You can see how much dirt is in the air on the other pictures, this just emphasizes how MUCH dirt is in the air, so much that you can stare directly into the sun and it is like yo have SPF 400 lenses, or something. I didn't look long, just enough to shoot the pictures, but you get the idea of how dirty it was. tr maybemoretomrrow.

I guess my subscription has run out, oh well, too tired to do anything for now. One last picture. from Thad Rains  1/17/2012 12:30:34 AM

The top of the hill over the trash barrels is less than a mile away, but it sure doesn't look like it, huh? tr

Now there's something you don't see every day... from StevieP  1/17/2012 9:30:50 AM
Can't say as I EVER saw a sandstorm here in New England.

Thanks for sharing.

   I hope y'all get from Spinny  1/17/2012 10:23:38 AM
a lot of rain this year. Those pictures are eerily reminiscent of the 1930's.
