I watched 20/20 or something the other night..It seems many men are getting the hair on their bodies zapped. Apparently thats what the women go for nowdays they say. It took me 36 years to grow this hair on my chest, im proud of it, a couple are gray. The hair on my legs alert me to when im standing in a fire ant bed. Granted, if i had hair on my back i may get it zapped. But is this the new fad guys?

If so are your going with it?

Heck no, I don't want to start shaving my legs and armpits. And I too am proud of my chest hair. However, how would we all react if the ladies in our lives said shave it. We would probably kick and scream and holler. But once they started witholding certain things, we would probably run to the shower and look for the nair!

I wouldn't ask a man to get rid of his hair except for if he had it on his back. That's just a REAL turn-off to me. As for chests, I prefer a smooth one but don't mind a hairy one at all. My husband's got 6 hairs on his chest. Now, here's where it get weird: I LOVE a man's armpits, and the hairier the better. I like to sleep with my face in my husband's armpit. He thinks I'm weird, but he lets me do it.

Body hair is okay...but I don't go for that furry Robin Williams look. A hairy back and/or hairy ears is a turn-off to me, too. Break out the dipilatory cream and tweezers!

That's funny Becky. Really funny. I have a few hairs on my back, not a bush mind you, but they drive my wife wild. She can't stand it. Chases me all over the house with tweezers. I try to tell her, they're rooted to my spine and the tweezers hurt like heck. She just says "shutup and take it like a man".

I know it is irrational, but that really ticks me off. When you are a man, you take what you get! When you turn gray, you don't dye your hair! When you go bald, you don't ware a wig! Any time a man has to spend more than 1 min infront of the mirror combing his hair,trimming his goatee,whatever, he has an identity problem! I believe in a good grooming standard, but that should be accomplished with a neat short haircut and NO frilly garbage that requires primping! Women primp, men don't! When ever I see a perfectly coifed man, I am laughting (to myself) at the time he must have spent in front of the mirror! Men should look like men and women should look like women.
I bet Robert Wimms never leaves the house unless every hair is in place. Gotta look purdy for the public! :)
