Carlos Rangel (129.171.147.4) from FLORIDA says Sea Chaser 2010
I am also disapointed with my Seachaser.
It is quick, gets good mileage and is easy to trailer. The price is also very right. However, I have been in 17' and 19' boats that have outperformed the 2010. I ride rough in the mildest chop. I fish Florida Bay and the Back Country in the winter to avoid the Biscayne Bay chop. My old 17' Larson handled the chop better than my Seachaser. Even though it was cheap you get what you pay for and I can't wait to get rid of it.
P.S. I love my Yamaha 150.

Does anybody have feedback on the 18' or 20' flats boat from Sea Chaser... damn that price is hard to beat!!

Wrc (163.192.21.14) from VIRGINIA says Sea Chaser 210
I bought a Sea Chaser 210 in March of 2001. It is an average boat, but a good value. It is a good river boat, but a below average bay boat. I use mine primarily in the Chesapeake Bay and surrounding rivers. The boat does not offer a dry ride in chop. If their are white caps, plan on getting soaked. Also, the boat is to light, it pounds hard in chop and is difficult to keep in the water or keep on plane. My only other complaint would be that the boat is not very stable, it chine walks, and rocks significantly when someone moves from side to side. On a calm day the boat suits my needs fine, which are primarily fishing. The deck layout is good, the boat will run low 40's at WOT with a 115 HP motor, and it has the standard fishing amenities. However, on even a slightly rough day it will leave you wanting a stouter boat. FYI, the Sea Chaser 210 in not a true 21 foot boat, it has a useless pulpit on the front that is about 1 1/2 feet long. It is actually a 19 foot boat being passed off as a 21 foot boat. For the price I am satisfied with the boat for now, but I plan to step up to a heavier boat like a Sea Hunt Triton 210, Sea Pro 21 footer, etc.. within the next season or two. In retrospect, I would spend the extra money and buy the Sea Pro.
