SUBJECT: Lynn and Cedar Bayou

Lynn since I can't get a straight no BS, stretch the truth answer out of Jim Smarr, can you tell what is the real reason you want Cedar Bayou open.
I don't want any of the Whooping Crane's are starving and there are no Trout in Rockport BS.
There is more to it than you and Mr. Smarr are telling us.
It seems there are some personal issues that have taken the forefront of this issue. Sueing the Bass family and threating criminal charges.
If it wasn't personal you would be sueing the TP&WD, GLO, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Corps of Engineers, ect......
There is another group from that area that is sueing the TCEQ because of the lack of freshwater inflow, which is the real issue with that Bay system. I may have missed it somewhere but I don't think they even mentioned opening the Pass in the lawsuit.
Enlighten me Lynn, whats the real reason you want Cedar Bayou open.
