WHat kind of fish is this? From: Brian Tanner (164.221.194.3), CALIFORNIA
I was fishing off the back of our ship last night at the Naval Base Everett, WA, and hooked into the strangest fish I have ever seen. It had a clear-cloudy almost 'beak-like' nose with two small indentions on the botoom, like nostrils. A small mouth and two big round black eyes. It was green in color and had no tailfin, but was shaped like and eel in the back. The fins looked like flying fish fins. It was about 18 inches long. I have looked for hoours upon hours since catching this fish to try and find out what it was. Please help me, e-mail me back if you have further questions.
