I dont like party boats because you have to be to close and lose the solitude experience of fishing. I have been all over the east coast from maine to cape cod to rhode island to wherever and i keep doing the best in the new haven area. maybe its because i am so familiar with it. after lots of years i know what area with what lure to use. h.c From: matt (69.177.155.85), CONNECTICUT Had same experiance a few months before you. try Blackhawk or mijoy 747 out of niantic much better fishing and mates. even sunbeam isnt bad but not as good as the others.
