run From: Carnac (205.188.116.197), TEXAS
reds running usually signals it.

REd running From: Glenn Bob (71.159.172.30), TEXAS
I believe it is generally water tempature. I know they like it rough and mid October is normal time frame. May be early this year.

reds running From: bubba jimmy john (70.42.1.134), TEXAS
The bull red run is already over. Better luck next year.

Bull Reds From: cwmcf (205.188.116.79), TEXAS
Late Sept. thru Oct. is the normal time. Storms that bring in high tides can speed things up.

bull reds From: Craig (204.115.94.51), TEXAS
there is an informative article in the October Texas Fish and Game on the bull red run.

reds From: larry (70.247.57.157), TEXAS
The first cold or (cool) front will start the run. The winds shift directions and the reds like the water murky (as oppose to the trout who like it green.) They are running now, so go get em!

Ya fookin missed it From: Spooley (198.36.32.21), TEXAS
Shoulda been thar yesterday. It's all over till next year. Be sure you git fresh line on your spool or you too may git spooled again......umkay?
