'Squan From: Bill K (67.101.79.156), NEW JERSEY
The water "downriver" past the 35 bridge was filled with seaweed on the outgoing tide this weekend. You're right. The water is clear......it usually is when it's cold. I caught a few shorts off the dock on artificials at high tide and one 18 3/4" fluke that was released. I'm still looking for my first weakfish. I've heard there are a few around. I did notice some larger baitfish around the dock the other day. Without a castnet handy, I couldn't tell what they were. They could have been herring but I couldn't tell. Something is bound to find them and I hope they stay around.

Weakfish From: Ralph (64.12.116.79), PENNSYLVANIA
Was dragging some gulp and clousers off the ammo pier and found anice pick of small weakies.. then we upped the size of our baits and tipped with a few worms and caught some nice one.. there here just not in large numbers Yet.. Thanks for the good reports

Ralph
