| Texas city dike From: bliner (98.194.230.189), TEXAS We launched sat.from kemah and drove all the way to the causeway in galveston. I had called around the day before and that was the only ramp i ciuld find that was open. The dike looked decimated when we drove past. I heard Boyds made it, but you can't even get on the dike right now. Stopped by Galveston yacht basin.
