Nicely done fellas.

I hope the Manasquan is treating you as well as the Navesink is for us. The season started out slowly, but I think the wet weather we've experienced this past month and the cooler water brought about with the SE winds have pushed these fluke up into the warmer waters of the river. We will be there again tomorrow looking for a repeat of Sunday's action. Tight Lines! TINKNOCKER

Manasquan has been OK Cliff - nothing incredible but we have scratched up some nice fish outta there.

Cliff - when you get a chance, shoot me an email - I have a couple of questions for you about the Navesink fluke fishery.

Squan Fluke From: Docco (76.116.124.144), NEW JERSEY
Cliff, fishing in the river seems to be getting a little better.I've been able to average 2to3 fish for the cooler in a half day period. Not quite as good as the Shrews. or the Navasink(BOY I MISS THAT AREA),but enough action & keepers to call it decent.Like you had mentioned , these fluke pack out alot of meat.

Also been some striper action in the canal, drifting, before day break & first hour of daylight, after that too much boat traffic!!!
