Correction From: Bill K (98.221.76.185), NEW JERSEY
The comments box indicating water clarity was incorrectly described. The skies had unlimited visibility. In fact, we could see land on our way back in from 12+ miles out. The water, however, was not so clear. There was a small algae bloom in some spots and lots of grass in others. The baits and chunks that were dropped down seemed to disappear at about 10-12 feet. There were no mahi visible on any of the grass rafts either. We cast to many of the grass patches but had no takers. I guess we should have gone seabass fishing.
