Report:
decided to leave the boats at home and try our luck on a line of rip/rap from the bank. the weather could have been much better but this was our only chance to fish for a few days.

we got a mix of live shrimp and bull minnows and arrived on our spot a few minutes after six. we where looking for some some pretty fast action and it happened that way for about the first half hour with several white trout of fileting size being caught. a lull in the action followed while the tide swung around. soon after we began to catch a few specs.

we finished the morning with 17 fish ( a mix of specs and whites). the specs ran from 14 to 16 inches. thankful for what we caught but will return soon to hopefully catch a couple of bronzebacks.

enjoy mother n
