Report:
Left out of Ocean Springs about 11:15am headed for Cat Island. Started fishing the Gulfport channel noon, but no luck. Went to the stumps at the East end of Cat Island. Fished along the sand bar with live shrimp under a popping cork. Fished about an hour and caught 5 specks in the 18" - 20" range. Not bad since there was no tidal movement.
