Report:
With the great weather I took my wife and headed to Massey's canyon. Although i've had good fishing this year at the Hotdog,I decided to stay away from the huge fleet. Arrived about 8:00 am and started drift chunkin in the deep hole. (only 2 other boats fishing Massey's). Hooked up at about 8:45am. Landed a 55lb yellowfin. Threw one flat with no other bites. Decided to call it a short day and head in at 11:00am. Great ride home. Great trip for me as it was my wife's first time and she got to see one hooked and landed. She loved it.
