Report:
Got a late start on saturday. I was under the weather due to my bachelor party last night but I wasn't going to let that stop me from missing a good day on the water. Left the marina and got to the 16 buoy at 12:30. Drifted and drifted and drifted. Nothing but 1 short flounder. I moved around the flounder alley area and couldn't come up with any fish. I fished for three hours and only caught 1 short fluke. No trash fish or anything. I moved inshore towards the punk grounds and we caught three blues and some more shorts. We ended the day with 1 flounder that was 16" and 3 bluefish. What a day!!! We did see a cow nosed ray that was 8' from tip to tip.
