    Report:
First trip of the year, went to the Haulover Canal due to the high winds. Capt. Mark Wright suggested we go for a big one drifting live pinfish. About 10 am I caught my biggest ever red: 49 inches. Two days later, with less winds, Mark and I fished the Indian River flats; results: two reds, one 23 lbs, one eight lbs and several nice trout. I'm back here in Maryland now watching the snow showers. Oh well.
