    Report:
the day started off nice partly cloudy skies with a mild breeze we luanched from seaforth to fish the mission bay bait barge the fishing started off great with spotted bass hiting on fish traps, chartruse shrimp tails, and 3" glow in the dark grubs sand bass were biting on white fish traps spotted bass ranged from 2-3#s while sand bass were small the wind started to pick up and fishing slowed we continued to drift around and found a rocky outcrop and caugth a few sculpin, opaleye, and a sand bass. by this time the wind picked up tremendously and we decided to call it a day! for all you bay fishing entusiasts i'd say to bay fishing will heat up in about another month or so or until the water heats up to about 65 Degrees
