Report:
I have been fishing the Hampton river weekly with mixed results, best day has been just short of 100 schoolies, largest fish are just over 28". most recent trip produced 25-30 bass.

Using all light tackle (8-12 lb spinning / baitcasting) and small artificials. The Storm Chug Bug works great on top during calm conditions. With any chop I use either a Rapala husky jerk or a 1/4 oz. lead head with a 4" sluggo.

The Bass have been hitting the lures on a relatively fast, stop and go retrieve. It seems that recently they want to hit the lure during a pause.

To date, all fish have been released, big fish has been 31-32", although we saw several much larger fish in the river.

I am looking for information on Odiorne point in Rye NH if anyone has fished there recently, let me know, Thanks
