Report:
Manasquan Inlet, outgoing tide, 8 pm thousands of "tinker mackeral" in "the Cove". Snagged a few mackeral on an Atomic popper they were so thick. Live lined caught mackeral to produce 2 Stripper Shorts. Numerous people also caught many cocktail blues from inlet.Results have been sporadic. 8.7.2003 saw one fish caught at 5:30 am on fly line feather. None the rest of the day.
