Report:
This past weekend the Kingfisher (Mystic, Ct) entertained the Tuller group to a mixed bag of Stripers and fluke. All the stripers were caught on live Hickory Shad, with the biggest measuring out at 39 inches. The flukin’ is slowing down but you can keep busy on dogfish and skates with a keeper fluke here and there. Blackfishing has started to really heat up. Looks like it will be a very good season for blacks. Weather permitting, October should be a great month with stripers looking to fatten up for there migration and the excellent blackfishing this year. Get in on our striper/blackfish combo trips while you can.
