  Report:
  me and my dad went out this morning. we were skeptical with all the wind blowing. we decided to go to the end of the dike on the left side. there were only about 4 other boats besides ours at the time. there was a boat about 15 yard from some pilings at the end of the pier on the left side. they had about 5 people in the boat and just kept pulling trout out of the water. that whole area had trout in it. we saw 2 boats that would have had limits if they hadnt had more than 2 people in them. my father and i only managed 4 trout up to 18" because of people crowding the area. tour were hitting live shrimp free-lined, live shrimp under a popping cork, and for me soft plastics that were red.
