Report:
We launched out of Turners and went directly to the Herb River. We caught two shorts in the Herb and while using the trolling motor around the docks a very inconsiderate person in a Boston Whaler powered past us at idle and anchored in the area we were fishing. He acted like he owned the River. I ask him am I fishing in his personal fishing hole and he replied that he thought it was okay because we were not anchored in that area. He then said he was sorry and I replied you are not sorry enough to leave. His and his two buddies continued fishing so we left.
We wound up back in Richardsons Creek where I caught one short and two keeper Trout, one 23 inches and the other 18. I thought that the larger one was 24 inches on the boat but must have big eyed him.
All fish caught on DOA shrimp.
Tight lines to all,
Jim
