Report:
Fished on the Outcast Charter boat from Staten Island today. The morning was slow because of wind against tide. But once the outing tide started and the tide and wind were with each other we started killing the bass. We caught our limit with fish up to 25 lbs and released a bunch. We were back at the dock by 12:00 p.m. arm weary.
