    Report:
It was a Texas invasion of LA last week. 12 of us went to Lafitte LA for two days of Bayou action. Depending upon the guide we did great to poor. Each day 2 0f the 4 boats limited out on red. The other two had 10. Limit 5 per day and 15 trout. Tossing Cacahoe minnows on a 1/4 oz spinner rig. Right up to the marsh bank. Largest was 33 inches but most were 27-28. Caught about 10 trout per boat each day. They were smaller 12 to 22 inches. Some fish were caught on spoons or Tout tails. When you added the spinner things really picked up. Of the 6 guides we used 4 were spectaular, 1 good but somewhat of a bow hog, and one didn't even get tipped.
