    Report:
Left the dock at about 1 pm on Sat afternoon, May 19 , with my grandson to check out the boat and the waters. After rounding Stonington breakwater, we saw a massive flock of terns about 1 mile off Latimer's light. Went to the spot and dropped down New England Black Back 6 inch 9'ers and a Rapala magnum green mackeral and trolled at 2 knots. Within a minute my grandson had three stripers at opnce on the 9'er. One fell off and we boated a 28 inch and a 30 incher. Back in a few minutes later and we caught a 26 incher. We keot one fish and went home. Friends on Sugar reef said that they were catching many bass between 26 and 30 inches on Rapala green and Blue mackeral magnums. The fish were absolutely everywhere. Looks good for first charter of the year this Friday. Captain Jim
