    Report:
Tried island beach saturday and sunday fished lots of nice holes and structure threw shads, mambos, even swimmers for not even a touch. Did find pods of what im assuming to be baby herring. Snaged them and they looked like small peanut bunkers without a spot. Nothing on them but loons though. Will officially pack it in today and end the 07 fall season with a 3.5/5 stars, better than average and the bluefishing was phenomenal through september into october with the HUGE blitz from brick-seaside. Stripers were around consistently when the sandeels came in but since there were so much bait it never really got going all the way but there were definately some really good days. The real disappoitment was the lack of good end of the season mambo fishing, it started to be good before christams at ibsp but once the storms it was gone. There was a decent push of keepers but it wasn't consistent enough where you could "bring a friend". Anyway have a good winter!
