    Report:
Left the dock at about 0700. Headed south out of Southport to around 30 mile mark. Fishing was slow at first, but as the wind laid down around noon the fishing got hot. Good catches of flounder some over 20 inches. Seabass and vermillion snapper very plentiful with good size. No grouper, lots of brown shark. Nice Carolina Blues breaking on the surface. Overall a excellent day. Would have like to have caught some grouper but the surprising flounder catch made up for it.
