Report:
Arrived in the evening to find alot of people present... last of incoming tide... sand worm with a stripoclam got an immediate response and landed a nice fat 24inch striper - first of the year! didnt see anything else caught and i got picked clean twice over the next 90 minutes before had to go... gonna hit the south branch mon morning for some flyfishing... lookin forward to that!

saw a guy in waders step off trying to cross deep water... almost and I mean almost witnessed a drowning... he lost all his stuff but dragged himself out after at least a 2 minute struggle with head barely visible... his friends didnt and/or couldnt help and it was almost a bad scene... note to self: careful with waders and walking sticks are good to have...
