Boat: Roosters

Report:
Tom and I had the Roosters out on Sandy Hook Bay this morning looking for Fluke. Drifting conditions were slow due to lack of wind. Trying for a drift at Shrewsbury Channel we found plenty of seaweed fouling our bait rigs, even bucktails didn't help. Sea robins everywhere, short Fluke, small Blues in abundance. After the East wind kicked up I caught the only keeper Fluke near the seawall at Atlantic Highlands Harbor (20"). Many of our shorts were last year's keepers. Killies are becoming difficult to trap. Pete
