Report:
Fished just outside the inlet in close to the beach drifting bait on the bottom, also working bucktails. Picked up 3 short fluke.Moved up to Asbury Park.Worked in close out to 60 ft. Hit into some Blue fish 8 to 10 pounders. we put 6 in the box. Worked up to Long Branch all around the snags catching many shorts. After 6hrs of fishing my fishing partner an I had 3 keeper Fluke in the box.
I have fished this area for 30 yrs.an never figured it would come to this. This was my 4th fluke trip this season and our best catch was 4 legal flkue in the box.Is the Program Working?
