Report: We spent the majority of the day fishing the Reach and ended the trip with a drift in Chapel Hill Channel. The drift in the morning lasted over 3 hours as we fished the last of the flood right into the ebb and never had to relocate. The lack of wind did not hurt today's fishing although a little more breeze would have helped. I bucktailed for the entire trip with a green/white 1.5 oz. Spro tipped with a fresh sea robin strip fished below my sea robin pattern clouser. My total for the day was 5 keepers (18-20") culled from the 22 fluke that I landed. Two other anglers also had 5 keepers, but most had only 1 or 2 keepers out of the numerous fluke caught. There were many, and I mean many, fish released in the 17-17.99 size range. Tight Lines! (TINKNOCKER)
