Report:
Fished to 55 miles SW of the Freeport jetties. Caught red snapper to 10#'s and gray snapper to 14#'s. Ran to my next spot where upon arriving we literally drifted into a whale shark loaded with ling. After several pictures we proceeded to pick off the bigger ling to 30 plus #'s. Dolphin were thick initially but tapered off quickly. The whale shark hung around our boat for about 45 minutes. We estimate the fish to be between 26-29ft. Absolutely incredible. I won't soon forget this trip.
