Report:
fishing a full size atom popper with a slow and steady retrieve has been the way to go for the past three days in the north kingstown harbor area fishing from land in and around the docks or channels in the ponds at these specific times:dusk, tide changes in the middle of the night, and first light landing stripers over the 28" mark on a regular basis for a few days now but i have been having strikes and fish follow visibly in shallow waters and short strike on sevral occassions that were definitely 20lbs or more they are smart but the slower u go the better
