    Report:
With my boat out for repairs I was invited with a group of guys to join a charter on one of the well known Charter boats from the Highlands. Well I was appalled to see that while we are so careful to keep only 18 inch fish, and nothing smaller, this well known charter was keeping all kinds of shorts, filleting them on board, throwing away the carcases of all the shorts and bagging the ones of the bigger fish just in case they got stopped. I was so tempted to say something but did not, I guess they are looking to keep customers happy and take home fish.. I must say it was disgusting. I did not lead on that I am a regular fisherman, just mingled with the crowd. Someone tell me, should I have said something, this guy must be doing the same thing every day, twice a day.. loads of shorts...
