  Report:
  Camped and fished beach 8-13 to 8-15. Water looked great but seaweed plenfiful. Could not keep line out over 10 min. Weed was mostly dead and on the bottom. Kayaked out 500 yds and landed couple of Bull Reds from the yak. Bait(Mullet) was easy to catch in cast net
