    Report:
Kyle Brown and I had a great day of fishing. The annual Finger Mullet is underway and the sheer numbers of fish headed south off Shackleford Banks is mind boggling. Amidst all this bait we found the school of Red Drum that we were looking for and enjoyed a couple of great hours of light tackle casting. The final tally for the day was 10 Red Drum, with the biggest fish at 33", or about 12 pounds. That Drum put up an incredible fight on 8# test! Kyle also caught a Bluefish that got in a little too close to the Drum. Kyle also let me "climb down" and get me a out of the slot Red Drum!
