Water Temperature: 80 Water Clarity: 2-4 ft Seas: 2-4 ft Weather: Partly cloudy with a 10 -12 mph NE breeze. Fishing_for: . Boat: . captain: .
Report: Lots of finger mullet in the surf at high tide. Spanish mackeral and small blues were feeding among them. Because of the abundance of bait it took a fair amount of casting to hook up. But it was a lot of fun just the same. I got fish on both gold colored and white colored sting silvers. Couldn't really notice a difference in the amount of hits on either bait.
Bait fishermen were landing some big dogfish on the south side. There were reports of a 33" drum earlier in the day.
