I am entering this report for my Dad who fished without me and rubbed it in.....

2Day Report

Saturday - On the water early. Trolled up 3 keeper trout and a few bluefish until the tide was low enough to catch shrimp and mullet in the backwater. Must have hit the jedi at the right time as a 6lb trout came in after just a few cast with shrimp on a bottom rig. Great afternoon with 3 Reds, 4 Black Drum and 15 weakfish up to 18 inches before darkness forced him to leave biting fish.

Sunday - Early start again. Had shrimp left over so went straight to the jedi. Reds hitting good early on a popping cork rig, catching 8 keepers with 4 nice black drum and 5 large sheepshead until tide came in full. No trout today but left early afternoon for the drive home. Tons of bluefish chasing bait everywhere. Hard to fish with a mullet and not get cut off.
