  Hey Guys, Does anyone know how to get a boating certificate for fishing in NJ. I just bought a little 14' boat and heard I need the cert to use it in NJ. I live in PA. Can the certificate be purchased online?..... I caught 5 flounder(1 keeper) memorial weekend in the back waters of Sea Isle and want to get back to them. Gulp shrimp on a 3/8oz jig head. Thanks in advance for any info.
