Report:
Lately our trips to SPI beach access #6 has been producing a plentyful amount of whiting and sand trout. On the weekends where the seas have been 2 to 3 feet with simi clear water the fishing has been great with a lot of whiting and sand trout this last trip also produced one very nice speckled trought @ 17 1/2". On this Particular trip we started fishing at 10:30am and quit about 5pm. We ended up with a total of 29 fish ranging around 14 to 16 inches with alot of the catches being double hookups. Most of the fish are being caught between the first and second sandbar. The fising really starts to trail off around 3pm.
