Report: We left the Ocean City, MD inlet at 5:30 A.M. headed SouthEast for the Norfolk Canyon Bights (100 and 500 Fathom). The seas picked up as the morning went on. We dropped lines at about 9:30 A.M. and trolled between the 100 and 500 fathom Bights. We had intended to troll the area for approximately 3 - 4 hours but the seas were rough and getting rougher with each pass North from the 500 Fathom Bight toward the 100 Fathom Bight. After 3 passes we trolled North west back toward Ocean City. I would say we were trolling in 4 - 6 ft seas. We caught 2 dolphin, one yellow fin tuna (too small to keep), and one false albacore. We were using blue and white seawitch ballyhoo rigs with frozen ballyhoo.
