    Report:
Today was the last day of the fluke season for most unless you fish a boat with a RSA permit. I joined a decent sized crowd on the AM trip of the Sea Hunter as the NNE winds produced a slide on the ebb. We picked away all morning, fishing the green side of the Terminal Channel and the red side of Chapel Hill Channel, that resulted in a few keepers from the moderate amount of fish. Most of the fares fished the usual squid/spearing combo while I opted to fish a 1oz. Spro tipped with Gulp. I briefly tried some live peanuts, but the small fish could only maul the baits. My tally for the trip was 1 keeper out of 10 fluke, a far cry from last Sunday's results. I will be trying for weakfish in the AM and hope the results are better. Tight Lines! TINKNOCKER
