Report:
There was mostly a pick of Sea Bass and Porgies, with Sea Robins and a few Smooth Dogfish thrown in. I went 1 for 5 in the Sea Bass department and 3 for 3 with the Porgies.
Tried the Raritan Bay shorline after leaving the partyboat at AH. Nice day, but no birds working and no bluefish. I saw a few pods of peanut bunker at Cliffwood Beach where the water was exceptionally clear. There were small rainfish close in, and small snappers followed the metal spoon. So pleanty of bait but no bluefish in pursuit.
