  Seas: 11/3, big swells; 11/4 much less swell.
  Weather: Warm and calm on 11/3. Calm, then SE wind on 11/4.

  Report:
  Low tide has been working best for me. Find a flat and wade out. Hopefully there sandeels out there, 11/3: 6 stripers. 11/4: 5 stripers and 10 bluefish. Metal w/ a green tail worked well. At times sandeels washed up on the beach and some of the fish spit up a sandeel.
