Report:
Got out in the afternoon. Fished near the navy pier and also towards # 1 can. Catching fish in either spot was easy, mostly on live killies and gulp. Finding keepers was the problem. only had 1 out of about 40 fish. Have to think south wind vs the incoming tide played a factor in such a bad keeper ratio.
