    Report:
Jim and I fished the mouth of the Shrewsbury this morning. The fishing was drop-n-reel for the majority of the trip as the bottom was literally paved with small fluke. We bumped around searching for some larger fish, but only 1 keeper of 19 1/2" was resting in the cooler at the end of the trip. We fished bucktails and just about any color Gulp that you can name, they all caught fish. Today's total was in excess of 135 fluke with only that lone keeper to show for our efforts. It appears that the quality fish that were present in our catches last season just may not exist this year, at least not inshore. Tight Lines! TINKNOCKER
