Report:
Spur-of-the-moment trip, as my CJ trips usually are. We tried various areas, ranging from the Reach Ch, E of Buoy 4, out to the ocean at the edge of the Sandy Hook Ch. Drift was usually slow with light wind or no wind. I used a jig/teaser combo, w/ a Gulp curly-tail on the teaser hook. All of my fish hit the teaser. I landed 16 shorts, ranging up to 17-1/2 inches, and 1 keeper, 18-1/8 inches.
