Report:
PM trip. Used a 1/2oz orange leadhead w/ a white gulp curly tail. 15 short fluke, 3 sea robins, and one unfortunate hookup w/ a cow-nose ray. Started w/ a freshwater spinning rod, but the encounter w/ the ray resulted in the loss of quite a bit of line. Used a light SW rod after that. No visible bait, no working birds. gulls stayed on the beach in one area.
