Report: With the fluke season winding down, I decided to fish both trips today. The weather and drifting conditions were great as we spent the morning trip drifting Ambrose Channel and then switching over to Raritan Reach for the afternoon trip. The morning bite was a pick at best with approximately 10 keepers being boated. Not being impressed with the action there Rob decided to look elsewhere for the afternoon trip. He received some intel of a decent number of fluke located in the Reach and that is where we headed for the PM trip. The west wind coupled with the ebb produced a fine drift as our intial drift only produced a few shorts. Making a slight adjustment put us on the fish with the ensuing drift lasting almost 2 hours as the fish hit with reckless abandon. I fished bucktails and Gulp for the entire trip and lost track of how many I landed although I did box 3 keepers with my largest @21" taking the pool. Tight Lines! TINKNOCKER
